If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you are responsible for returning the item at your own cost within 14 days of the date of delivery and we’ll happily issue a full refund. The items must be in an unused condition with their original packaging. If the packaging is damaged, we may issue a handling charge. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note items will incur a collection charge if ordered incorrectly through the customer’s error. This will be deducted from the refund total.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Should goods be delivered faulty, incorrect, or damaged, please report to us immediately and confirm in writing within 3 days of delivery.
- Any customised items of clothing.
- Personal care items.
- Any item not in its original condition
- Any item that was delivered more than 14 days ago.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be made within 14 days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
If you change your mind, you can amend or cancel most of your online, phone or email orders up to 10 minutes after the order is placed by calling 01462 454575.
Non-catalogue items can only be cancelled after an agreement with our Sales Team.
