Products must be returned to us in a resalable condition and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. The cost of returning the product(s) and postal insurance is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified. Any costs to deliver replacement goods will also be payable in advance by the customer.
Returning Faulty Goods
In the rare event that the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, please let us know within 7 days of delivery by calling 01462 454575 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then arrange to send out replacements as soon as possible.
Once collected, your refund will be made within 14 days and there is no restocking fee.
